Free Delivery is available within Hong Kong (residential or commercial) on orders over HK$500. A delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged for any order spent less than $500. You will see such delivery fee on the checkout page before you process your order.
Depending on the availability of the goods, we will normally ship out the goods within 2-3 business days.
We deliver local Hong Kong orders through SF Express or Hong Kong Post. Your package will be delivered directly to residential or commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box nor Hotel). Delivery Service is NOT available for the following areas:

Should a second delivery attempt is required, a shipping fee based on local courier rate (plus any remote area charge if applicable) will be charged. We are unable to guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate the open hours of offices and businesses. Any request for a specific delivery time cannot be honored. You should not include any such request or delivery instruction with your order, as it will not be taken into account for your delivery.

For International, we ship all international packages through DHL Express. The estimated delivery days for all our supported destinations, are shown in the below list:

Import Duties & Other Charges
